Visited and stayed for the weekend for my sisters 40th birthday. Beautiful church, exceptionally clean bedrooms most rooms have ensuites, some had some gorgeous views from windows. Was pool table and piano, had a hot tub outside which was well used by our family and good for taking pictures with the mountains behind 😀 lovely gardens kids lovely the zip swing, we used the outside bbq & pizza oven and log fire at night. Overall amazing beautiful place to stay. Owners very nice. Rooms: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Location: 5/5

What an absolutely fantastic place and host. It’s actually quite hard to put into words it’s so unique. The inside is incredible the decor the space the amenities. More than excellent for a friends or family break plenty of space and bedrooms huge kitchen and dining area really were fantastic. Ping pong pool piano zip line fire pit hot tub lounge pool and a beautiful lake 4 minute walk away. Not to mention Alice who upon our arrival was so helpful she gave us a lift to meet our friends. On top of that Alice is fantastic at responding to all and any queries. Can’t recommend highly enough the host and the place. You won’t regret it. Oh and stunning views left right and centre. Stunning converted church, ideally located to access all manner of local outdoor pursuits or just chill out. Great for groups, large indoor communal space with log burner, pool table or table tennis and a grand piano. Gardens include a fire pit & BBQ area, hot tub, and a bouldering wall with a small zip line. Rooms are individual, quirky and work around the design of the church, mine was ensuite and very comfortable. Very well-equipped kitchen. Hosted by Alice, would definitely recommend a stay.

I hired the church for my best friends hen do in February. We had a total of 16 ladies staying for 2 nights over the weekend and it was the perfect hen house, very spacious and complete with hot tub, what more do you need! We went to Zip world for one of the activities which was only a 20 minute drive away and would highly recommend it. Alice was a great host and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The bedrooms were great and most with en-suite which was perfect for our group.

I hired the church for 15 friends and we all had an amazing time, with everyone commenting on how much they enjoyed the property. Comfortable bedrooms and fantastic communal areas - a big living room with fire, pool table and grand piano, and a large mezzanine kitchen area above which could fit us all in for dinner. The garden was a great bonus and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi even when it was drizzling!. Alice and her husband were brilliant hosts, making us feel immediately relaxed and at home

We hired the whole church for my 70th birthday celebration and stayed five days. There were eleven of us and three dogs. The ambiance is fantastic and the bedrooms are very comfortable all with modern en suite bathrooms. The host, was very helpful when needed and she should be immensely proud of her achievement in creating such a wonderful and spacious environment for relaxation.  

This location was perfect for a fun, party weekend with lots of friends. 15 of us in total, as soon as we arrived we were greeted by owner, Alice who gave us a great tour and was very helpful with absolutely everything throughout the whole weekend. Most rooms had an ensuite which was great considering the amount of people. Although it is situated in a picturesque village with lots of walking trails and climbing to do etc, you really wouldn’t need to leave the church to have fun. Kitted out with a zip wire, hot tub, table tennis, pool table and loads of board games (for when we may have been a tad hungover), we were never bored. All in all, it was a perfect location for a group. I can honestly say the pictures do not do it justice and me and my friends will definitely be headed back.

The best long weekend ever... need a week there really. Right what first? Amazing space tick. Perfect location, tick. Lovely hosts... tick. Hot tub overlooking Snowdon. Tick. Basically this church is the one, we had the best time here, huge kitchen and grand communal space incredible original features. Musicians would love it as there's a grand piano and guitars. We went as a big group of friends and loved it. Loads to do near by and it’s the best place to come home to afterwards. Thanks Alice!
